Vintners' art. This fresh and frisky Riesling has a captivating balance of gooseberry blossom, orange peel and kiwi zest that drives the nose into a whirlwind of peach stone, apricot & juicy grapefruit flavours. A wine with intensity on the palate and steely mineral notes in the finish.

Wine Making Thoughts
Vintage consisting of cool spring and mildly hot summer. A beautiful balance of fruit and the elements.
Thus developing the mid palate with intensity of flavours. An added depth & character were developed by a
secondary malolactic fermentation, focusing on softening the balance. The end result is a wine that has full
body, rich flavours and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Fresh honeydew melon & soft vanilla bean on the nose. Ripe grapefruit, juicy green apple, guava & candied
lemon complete the mid palate. A smooth lingering finish captures flavour & texture of vanilla cream.

Wine Making Thoughts
A well-balanced wine benefiting from fruit at harvest picked at optimum phenolic & organileptic ripeness.
Balanced nose & flavour. Tasting the grapes in the vineyard was crucial. Layering of fruit flavour from
multiple terroir completing an overall complex wine. The true tragedy being the very little left for final
bottling. A rare vintage yet again.
Tasting Notes
This style reflects true integration of oak and fruit. Soft aromas of dried banana chips. Cashews and
subtle tangerine are complemented by tastes of luscious grapefruit, nectarine and apricot. Smooth cream
butter finish completes this wine.

elements 2001 Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes
Pinot Noir 2001 was aged for 25 months in French Oak. This burgundian style wine is unfiltered and shows elegant aromas of dried strawberries, violets, soft cedar and eucalyptus. Hints of ripe cherry and raspberry, cassis, and currents tied together an espresso bean with candied cranberry finish. Wonderful complex end results.

Wine Making Thoughts
Pure merlot picked at optimum flavour and tannin ripeness. Carefully destemmed and slow fermented, barrel
aged, unfined and unfiltered into the bottle. Ripened with age and balance.
Tasting Notes
This unique small block, merlot shows seductive vanilla spice, ripe Bing cherry & cassis. Hints of red
currant, fresh plum & blackberry tie together a rich raspberry jam on toast finish ending with English
toffee.

dynamic melange of flavour & structure. This happens with the assembly of varietal characters integrating
with seamless harmony. Reflective of a long cold fermentation process this complex wine hides many delicate
flavours to be discovered. Made with the essence of time!
Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas of orange zest, juicy kiwi & soft summer fruit. Luscious mango, passion fruit & tangerine are
dominant on the palate with hints of pomegranate, apricot & lime zest drawing to a close with a long smooth
finish.
